  • Managing Director

    Pamela Raviol began her investment career as an Associate with Train, Babcock in 1986 and has been a Portfolio Manager since 1992 with primary responsibility for client portfolios and wealth management. Pam was admitted as a Member of the firm in 1995.  Pam received a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.

  • Director

    Ben joined Train, Babcock in 2009.  Prior to his arrival he was a Managing Director of the advisory firm MB Investment Partners for 16 years.  Ben joined White, Weld & Co. as a broker for wealthy individuals and mid-sized institutions.  He subsequently worked in the same capacity at Morgan Stanley for 16 years.  Before entering the investment business, he taught history at Suffield Academy.  Ben is a graduate of Yale University with a BA in History and served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

  • Chief Financial Officer/Managing Director

    Gerry is the Chief Financial Officer of Train, Babcock Advisors. She joined the company in 2004 as Controller. Prior to working at Train, Babcock she had 25 years of professional experience in the areas of management, pricing, accounting and financial analysis at IBM Corporation. In addition, she launched and managed a consulting company for small and large businessesproviding accounting and consulting services. Gerry earned a BBA in Accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. 

  • Chief Operating Officer


    Artie has over 20 years of securities and investment experience and is the Chief Operating Officer of Train, Babcock Advisors.  Artie joined Train, Babcock Advisors in 1999 as the firm’s head trader and trade order room administrator.  Prior to joining TBA, Artie was employed with the Bank of New York’s mutual fund accounting services department as an accountant and was later elevated to an Assistant Manager in their mutual fund control and risk division.  Artie is a graduate of the New Jersey City University where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.

  • Senior Research Analyst

    Kitty Wong joined Train, Babcock Advisors in 2007.  Prior to joining the firm, Kitty worked for twelve years at Fiduciary Trust Company International, which was then branched into Franklin Global Advisers.  Kitty has over seven years experience in fundamental research for U.S. small and mid cap companies, as well as for large and mid cap companies in the emerging markets.  Kitty graduated summa cum laude with a BBA, and later completed her MBA in finance at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.  Kitty is a CFA® charterholder. 

  • Vice President, Senior Operations Executive

    Laura Peysakhov joined Train, Babcock Advsiors in May, 2009 as an Associate. Laura is responsible for managing the client portfolio administration. Prior to joining Train, Babcock Advisors, Laura spent almost 10 years with Munn, Bernhard and Associates as an Assisant Portfolio Manager. She has over 16 years of experience in financial services. Mrs. Peysakhov began her education at University of Michigan with concentration in Computer Science and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Long Island University in 1999. 

  • Senior Associate

    Sandrina Snipes joined Train Babcock, Advisors LLC as an Associate in 1998. Prior to her arrival, she worked nine years at The Bank of New York, serving as a Private Banking Officer, developing and maintaining, and assisting in selling and marketing various investment services to high net worth clients. Sandrina is a graduate of Barnard College with a BA in Anthropology. 

  • Senior Assoicate

    Diane Scarborough has been with Train, Babcock Advisors since 1986, and has served as an Associate since 1992. Her primary responsibility is client services. In addition, she facilitates the quarterly billing processs by working in tandem with the CFO. She has a BA from the University of Mississippi. 

  • Administrative Assistant

    Joanna joined Train, Babcock in September 1997. In providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Members and Ofiicers of the firm, Joanna's diversified responsiblities include secretarial, clerical, and reception duties. 

  • Member

    Henry Babcock advises a limited number of client families.  From 1999 until 2004, he was Chief Executive Officer. Henry first joined the Train, Babcock organization in 1976 and has been a Member of the firm since 1980. His early career included managing an affiliated venture capital company that was active in the U.S. and abroad and running a Southeast Asia trading and construction company that he co-founded in 1966.  Henry has a BA from Yale and an MBA from Columbia.
