Artie was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He joined Train, Babcock as the firm’s trader and order room administrator in September 1999 overseeing all trading and operations. Prior to joining TBA, Artie was employed at the Bank of New York from 1996-1999 as a mutual fund control accountant in the control and risk management department where was elevated to assistant manager. He also was a mutual fund accountant at Mutual of New York from 1992-1996. Artie holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the New Jersey City University.
